My name is Annika Suoma Frey

and I work as the Light Maiden.

There are many names and labels for the work that I do: healer, lightworker, medium, shaman, energy worker, spiritual teacher, psychic, priestess, transformational coach, mindset mentor.
My absolute favourite title I received was “Soul Connector”. It describes a lot of what I do.
